Founded in 2005,Shenzhen GreenWheel Elctric Vehicle Co.,Ltd.(“SGEV”) is located in the Guangming New District, Shenzhen. It is a hi-tech enterprise that specializes in R&D and production of environmentally friendly high-performance pure electric vehicles. The company has its own electric car R&D center and production base, including design, production and sales.
Since its establishment, the company has focused on the scientific innovation of EV automobile designs, pursuing the spirit of high technology ideas and in the development of new electric car models. Presently it is the only company in China that owns its own core technology of electric cars. It includes “AC frequency conversion motor drive system integration” and “Integrated DSP Computer Control system ”, special electric vehicle assembly line, novel inspection line, modern painting and drying production line, efficient soldering and metal forming production line.
The company has always spared no effort in R&D work and has accomplished great progress and achievement, going from one new milestone after another. Shenzhen GreenWheel tested the first AC motor electric vehicle(8 seats) that was able to climb the Shenzhen Wutong Moutain(Sea level 944m), with a range of slope of 9.5km and maximum gradient of more than 40%. It further demonstrated the extraordinary power of the AC motor drive system and controller. The technology is now recognized both at home and abroad, as the drive train system that can be applied in all high-performance electric vehicles.
